TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing any product, programme, membership, session, publication, digital content or other offering from Jo Warwick (“Product”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Jo Warwick is committed to delivering her work to a high professional standard and providing the Product or service described at the time of purchase.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS & IMMEDIATE ACCESS

Many Jo Warwick Products include digital content that is supplied or made accessible immediately following purchase.

Where you request and consent to immediate access to digital content, you acknowledge that delivery may begin before the end of the statutory 14-day cancellation period and that, once supply of that digital content has begun following the required consent and acknowledgement, you may lose your statutory right to cancel that digital-content purchase.

This does not affect any statutory rights you may have where digital content is faulty, misdescribed or otherwise does not meet the requirements of applicable consumer law.

REFUNDS

Because digital Products are generally made available immediately following purchase, purchases are normally non-refundable once access has been provided, except where required by law or under the goodwill policy below.

Jo Warwick operates an additional **24-hour goodwill refund policy** for instant-access digital Products unless different refund terms are clearly stated at the time of purchase.

If you change your mind following the purchase of an instant-access digital Product, you may contact Jo Warwick by email within **24 hours of purchase** to request a refund.

Refund requests received outside this 24-hour period will not normally be accepted unless required by law or Jo Warwick determines that exceptional circumstances apply.

Where an accidental duplicate payment has been made for the same Product, the duplicate payment will be refunded once the duplicate transaction has been verified.

Any goodwill refund offered by Jo Warwick is additional to, and does not affect, your statutory consumer rights.

DEPOSITS

Where a deposit is required to reserve a place on a coaching programme, experience, event or other service, the deposit represents your commitment to that booking and may be non-refundable where this is made clear at the time of purchase.

Any amount retained following cancellation will be subject to applicable consumer law and will take into account the circumstances of the cancellation and any reasonable losses incurred by Jo Warwick.

Where Jo Warwick cancels a service and an appropriate alternative cannot be provided or agreed, any refund due will be provided in accordance with your statutory rights.

COACHING PROGRAMMES, SESSIONS & SERVICES

Refund and cancellation arrangements for coaching programmes, mentoring, private sessions, VIP experiences and other services may differ depending upon the nature and duration of the service.

Any specific payment, cancellation, refund or rescheduling terms provided at the time of booking form part of your agreement with Jo Warwick.

Where no specific terms have been provided, requests for cancellation or refunds should be made by email and will be considered according to the circumstances, services already provided, commitments already made and applicable consumer law.

Participation in a programme or service does not guarantee any particular personal, professional, financial or other result.

PAYMENT PLANS

Where you choose to purchase a programme or service using a payment plan, the payment plan is a method of paying the agreed purchase price and does not, by itself, constitute a monthly cancellation arrangement.

By entering into a payment plan, you agree to make the scheduled payments in accordance with the payment terms presented at the time of purchase.

If a scheduled payment fails or remains unpaid, Jo Warwick may temporarily suspend access to the relevant programme, services, community or digital materials while the payment issue is resolved.

Where a customer wishes to end a programme or service before completion, any outstanding payment obligations, cancellation charges or refunds will be determined in accordance with the terms applicable to that programme, the circumstances of the cancellation and applicable consumer law.

DIGITAL ACCESS

Access periods vary between Jo Warwick Products. Where applicable, the access period for a Product will be stated within the relevant sales or purchase information.

Where a Product is sold with a specified access period, access will remain available for that period subject to these Terms & Conditions.

Where a Product has historically been described as providing “lifetime access”, this refers to access for as long as Jo Warwick continues to host and make that particular Product available on the relevant platform, subject to applicable consumer law.

Jo Warwick may occasionally retire, replace, substantially update or discontinue older digital Products, programmes or platforms. Where reasonably practicable, customers with ongoing access rights will be given reasonable notice of a material change affecting their access.

Digital Products are designed to be used within the timeframe recommended for the particular Product. Unless otherwise stated, Jo Warwick recommends engaging with purchased digital content within three months of purchase to receive the intended experience and benefit.

PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY & RESULTS

Jo Warwick’s work is educational, developmental, experiential and, where applicable, spiritual or energetic in nature. Individual experiences and results will vary.

No specific personal, emotional, spiritual, energetic, relationship, business, career, financial or other outcome is promised or guaranteed as a result of purchasing, accessing or participating in any Jo Warwick Product or service.

How you interpret, apply and engage with the material is your responsibility. Results can be influenced by many factors outside Jo Warwick’s control, including your individual circumstances, decisions, actions, engagement and experience.

Nothing contained within Jo Warwick’s Products or services should be interpreted as a guarantee of earnings, financial results, business performance or any other specific result.

SPIRITUAL & ENERGY-BASED WORK

Some Jo Warwick Products and services include spiritual, energetic, meditative or energy-based practices.

Jo Warwick describes her role within this work as a guide and facilitator working in connection with a higher or Divine Universal Force. This reflects the spiritual framework through which Jo personally understands and delivers this aspect of her work and is not a guarantee that any particular spiritual, energetic, emotional, physical or other result will occur.

Experiences of spiritual and energy-based practices are individual and may vary considerably.

You remain responsible for deciding whether and how you participate in these practices and for taking appropriate care of your own wellbeing.

Jo Warwick’s spiritual, energetic and educational work is not intended to replace medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial or other appropriately qualified professional advice or treatment where this is required.

STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
